He did not die of cancer he was killed by a man running a SAW across his throat. no Jigsaw did not like justice as it was useless to him (again movie jigsaw) he used his own form of "punishing sinners" and then 2: the SAW publishers themselves tell that it was not based off anything. But it was written out of the head of a twisted man. There is no story behind it. Um…1 that sounds nothing like it.
